Refund And Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
Vaani Resources, here termed as Gootu, offers a hassle-free 3-day return policy on eligible items. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
The return request must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.

Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with the product.
Ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the return authorization. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Replacement Process

In the event that your replacement demand is supported, we will start a pickup of customer’s old unit from a similar location as enlisted with us that is the location on which customer’s request was conveyed, pickup will be finished by our dispatch accomplices that will call the customer and will pick up the old unit from their location. When the old unit is picked up, customer can inform us and offer us the receipt given by the courier pickup person, when you submit us the receipt, we will organize to send new unit on a similar location and will inform you about the courier tracking. We give just 1 time replacement if there is any manufacturing defect in the unit. One side shipping cost is borne by the customer. We also offer premium service where he has the option to get it picked from his door step and that will be charged at 10% of the original invoice amount.  All other replacements will be chargeable @ 25% of the first price tag, inside the guaranteed time frame or out of guarantee by and large.

 Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase:

Credit Card/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original card used for payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.

 Refund Timelines Refunds are typically processed within 6-8 business days after we receive the returned items. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
