This Pricing Policy explains how prices are shown and charged for Products bought at www.gootusolar.in. Gootu is a brand of MuscleGrid Industries Private Limited (GSTIN 07AATCM1213F1ZM), which sells, ships and invoices every Order placed on this website.

1. Currency and GST

All prices on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST. The GST amount is shown separately on the tax invoice issued for every Order.

2. What the price includes

The price shown on the product page and at checkout is the full amount you pay. Shipping is free on every Order delivered within India, and there are no hidden or convenience charges added at payment.

3. Product variants

Where a Product is offered in variants (for example a standard warranty version and a "Research & Study" version sold without warranty), each variant has its own price, shown clearly before you add it to the cart. The variant and price you select are the ones charged and invoiced.

4. Price changes

Prices may change from time to time due to costs, currency movements or promotions. The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at checkout when you place the Order; a later price change does not affect an Order already paid.

5. Offers and coupons

Discounts and coupon codes, where offered, apply only as stated in the offer, cannot be combined unless stated, and are reflected in the checkout total before you pay.

6. Pricing errors

We take care to show correct prices. If a Product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we may cancel the Order and refund any amount paid in full to the original payment method, after informing you.

7. Payment

All Orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets). If an online payment does not go through, we may send a Proforma Invoice (PI) with a payment link and bank details so you can complete the payment. Refunds, where applicable, are made as described in our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
